Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KiddoQuest ("the Service"), a parent-controlled application for managing children's chores, habits, homework, stars and rewards. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts may only be created by an adult parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the child profiles you create, the information you enter about them, and for supervising how children use the Service on your device or account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Eligible new accounts receive a 2-day free trial with full access to premium functionality. Trial start and expiry are recorded and enforced on our servers. When the trial ends, an active subscription is required to continue using premium functionality.

Subscription prices are shown in the application before you subscribe. Current prices are Rs. 1,500 per month and Rs. 5,000 per year. Payments are recorded and reviewed before a subscription is activated. Subscriptions provide access for the period activated and do not renew automatically unless you are told otherwise at the time of purchase. Prices may change in future; changes will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

Because a full-access free trial is provided before payment, payments are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will review your situation in good faith.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other families' data, interfering with the Service's security, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Rewards created in KiddoQuest are agreements inside your family; we are not responsible for delivering them.

You keep ownership of the quests, rewards, notes and child profile details you create. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

We work to keep KiddoQuest available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be improved over time.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddoQuest is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
